Koala Chips needed a packaging system that positioned oven-baked vegetable chips as a modern, healthy snack without feeling generic or overly “healthy”. The challenge was to create strong shelf presence while keeping the brand rooted in natural ingredients and adaptable across multiple flavors.

We built a scalable design system centered around custom ingredient illustrations instead of traditional food photography. Slightly abstract visuals allowed us to communicate real vegetables in a more expressive way, while establishing a consistent structure that could be applied across all variants.
